Damages and Issues (Australian Consumer Law)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if the product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the failure is not major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
