This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on tropicut-au.com (the “Site”).

Shipping and Tracking

Tracking information will be provided as soon as it is made available to us by the carrier. Please note that carrier scans and tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch. All orders are monitored to ensure reliable delivery across Australia.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Australia: approximately 3 to 8 business days for delivery (tracking available).

Delayed Delivery

In rare instances, packages may take longer than the estimated delivery time. Shipping times can be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances during transit that are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience if this occurs. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30 to 60 business days, we may ship a replacement package. Delays may be more likely during peak periods, including holiday seasons (November to December), promotions, or other high-volume periods.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing time is separate from shipping time and must be added to the total delivery estimate.

  • Processing time: typically 1 to 2 business days. Orders generally require 1 to 2 business days to be fully processed (reviewed, packed, forwarded to logistics, and dispatched). Once your order has been processed, the carrier will pick up your package. Tracking information will be provided once available. In rare cases, processing may take longer than the stated timeframe, particularly during holidays, promotions, or other high-volume periods. We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order is placed, it may not be cancelled if it has already been processed. If an order is cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed and before it is processed, a $20 transaction fee will apply per order. If you contact us and we confirm that the order has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
